GOTOphones leaves 12 months GOTOphones Warranty ™ on all phones. All defects covered by the GOTOphones Warranty ™ will be repaired by GOTOphones. These warranty terms separately state in which cases the GOTOphones Warranty ™ does not apply and the parts of a telephone that are not covered by the GOTOphones Warranty ™.
GOTOphones Warranty ™ is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty period for the phone's battery is limited to 12 months from the date of purchase. You are obliged to inform yourself about these warranty terms for the phone before you start using the phone.
The following services are included in our guarantee:
Guaranteed fast repair service After we receive the phone, we will start the repair process within 24 hours.
Replacement unit If we are unable to restore the phone to its previous condition, we will replace it with another unit of the same model and the same aesthetic condition.
If it is determined that you are the cause of the error on the phone, GOTOphones is not responsible for it. Such causes can e.g. be physical damage to the phone, that the phone is not used according to the instructions or other negligent acts. Note in particular the following:
Normal wear and tear on the phone and the battery is not covered by the GOTOphones Warranty ™.
A cracked or broken screen is not covered by the GOTOphones Warranty ™.
Software errors are not covered by the GOTOphones Warranty ™.
Removal of viruses or other malicious code from your phone is not covered by the GOTOphones Warranty ™.
Damage to the phone caused by failure to follow instructions and / or in connection with incorrect or unusual use of the phone is not covered by the GOTOphones Warranty ™.
If you open the phone physically, the GOTOphones Warranty inte does not apply.
Damage to the phone during transport due to negligence on your part is not covered by the GOTOphones Warranty ™. You are responsible for packing the phone correctly for shipping.
GOTOphones Warranty ™ does not apply if the phone's serial number or IMEI has been removed or otherwise made illegible.
Other indirect or purely financial damages caused by the breakdown of the phone, such as destruction or corruption of data files, are not covered by GOTOphones Waranty ™.
GOTOphones Warranty ™ does not apply if the phone's glass / home button / camera / other functions have broken due to. for example incorrect and / or unusual use, e.g. if the phone is dropped or hit something.
GOTOphones Warranty ™ does not apply if a telephone purchased from GOTOphones has been repaired by the customer himself or a third party without written consent from Swappie.
GOTOphones Warranty ™ does not apply if the phone has been deformed, has a water damage or if any function has stopped working due to. improper use, e.g. if the phone has been dropped or hit.
If you receive a replacement device, the GOTOphones Warranty forts will continue to apply from the date of the original date of purchase. If you sell your phone to a new owner within the warranty period, you are responsible for informing GOTOphones of the change of ownership to ensure that the new owner is entitled to the GOTOphones-Warranty ™. Warranty extensions are non-transferable and only apply to you as the original buyer.
GOTOphones reserves the right to charge € 25 for delivery costs in cases where you have been or should have been aware that the guarantee expires or that FMI is on. In addition, GOTOphones reserves the right to request photos of the phone before sending it for warranty repair.
These warranty terms also apply to the 3-year extended warranty. The 3-year extended warranty starts from the date of purchase.
